"Follow Your Dreams!" Opossum Sticker Process

So some fun backstory. I actually drew this a while ago as a silly sketch for one of my group chats. The note "and wear shoes please" was specifically for one of my friends who used to go around barefoot as a child frequently because they didn't like shoes. I didn't do anything with the sketch for a long time until recently, and it seemed like an easy enough piece to color because the sketch itself was already pretty clean.

For reference, I drew this back in 2019. So yeah. Quite a while ago, hahaha. 

I wasn't quite sure what to do with the background, so I made one that was more compositional, and one that looked more like a sticker.

I'll probably have to adjust the whites and clean up the edges, but otherwise I think it looks really cute! My goal this year is to open a little art shop with stickers, and I'd definitely love to use this design for one of them.
